The high-elevation route spans 4.5 miles and offers stunning views across all of Anza-Borrego Park. Be sure to put on lots of sunscreen and pack plenty of water!

Over 130 life-sized metal sculptures are scattered throughout the sands of Borrego Springs. You can find prehistoric animals, historical characters, and a daunting 350-foot-long serpent. This public attraction draws in visitors from around the globe. The artist, Ricardo Breceda, brings life and movement to the installations by capturing each creature in motion. Drive through the surrounding roads to see the amazing artwork inspired by the beasts that roamed the area millions of years ago!
