I have nothing bad to say about this place!! The location is amazing!! You won't find a better location, I promise. You walk right across the parking lot and you are in the middle of the downtown strip. Perfect to grab dinner or breakfast. Check in was quick and the front desk employees were always friendly. They allow you to check out at 1pm instead of 11am for no charge, just ask in the morning. When we arrived we really wanted to go to the pool, but the bed was so comfortable we ended up taking a 2 hour nap! Then hit the pool, which is also very nice. The hotel has amazing views of the mountains, free daily newspapers, coffee, internet, vending machines, a ton of towels by the pool and was very clean. If you are not happy unless you are at the Ritz, then I suggest you stay there. But my girlfriend and I both loved this place. We won't be staying anywhere else next time we are in Palm Springs!

Spent Christmas night at the resort after arriving in LA and driving to Palm Springs. Everything was fine. We arrived late check-in was quickly completed and we had a room overlooking the pool on the third floor and facing the mountains. Very clean and quiet room and the free continental breakfast was very good the next morning. A quick walk through the parking lot across the street and you were on Main Street in Downtown Palm Springs. Would definitely stay there again.
