Included with every treatment is a 30-minute hydro-therapy session in one of our hillside mineral springs hot tubs. As spa historian Anitra Brown writes, the word spa is an acronym for the Latin phrase," salus per aquae" or "health through water."

During your stay, enjoy complimentary yoga, Pilates, or tai chi classes, a guided hike through the Sycamore and Oak forest, take a stroll to the ocean, walk the labyrinth, sit in the meditation gardens, or rent a bike and pedal
